Warranty
Forever Mine Diamonds warrants that all jewellery sold by us is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
If a manufacturing fault is identified during this period, Forever Mine Diamonds will assess the item and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, loss of stones due to impact or wear, bent rings, worn claws, or damage caused by third-party alterations, repairs, or resizing.
To make a warranty claim, please contact info@fmdiamonds.com and provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt).
Customer-Supplied Materials
Customer-supplied diamonds, gemstones or jewellery are accepted at the customer’s risk. While the utmost care is taken during handling and manufacturing, Forever Mine Diamonds is not responsible for any loss or damage to customer-supplied materials except where required by law.
Shipping & Deliveries
Australia
Forever Mine Diamonds offers FREE shipping on all orders within Australia.
A tracking number will be provided to the email address on the order so the item can be tracked at any time. For ready-to-ship items, orders will be dispatched once payment has been received (this can take up to three business days). Forever Mine Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for any delay in transit on behalf of the freight provider.
International
A flat shipping fee of $25.00 AUD applies to all orders shipped outside Australia.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes but please note that they do not include any overseas custom duties or taxes. We recommend you refer to your local customs office for fees that may be applicable to you.
For ready-to-ship items, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered once you have received our dispatch email. Forever Mine Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for any delay in transit on behalf of the freight provider.
Important Notice
The above delivery times are approximate, and Forever Mine Diamonds cannot be held responsible for delays caused by freight providers.
Please ensure the shipping or delivery address provided is accurate. Forever Mine Diamonds cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or addresses not recognised by the freight provider.
Risk in the goods remains with Forever Mine Diamonds until the item has been collected by the purchaser or confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the freight provider, responsibility for the goods passes to the purchaser. Forever Mine Diamonds is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
Deliveries may require signature on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated, and are correct at the time of publication.
Prices may vary over time due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier pricing, material costs, operational costs, and market conditions. While we endeavour to keep pricing on our website accurate and up to date, there may be instances where pricing, product descriptions, or availability are not current or may contain errors.
Forever Mine Diamonds reserves the right to amend pricing, correct errors, update product information, and cancel or refuse orders at our discretion where pricing or product information has been incorrectly displayed.
Chains, necklaces, and accessories are not included in the price of pendants displayed unless otherwise specified.
Privacy Policy
Your personal data is important to us. Any information provided to Forever Mine Diamonds in the course of business will be handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required to fulfil our services or by law.

Refund Policy
Forever Mine Diamonds does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. Refunds will only be provided if goods are assessed by Forever Mine Diamonds as faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described or shown in samples. Items damaged due to customer wear and tear are non-refundable. Deposits made on special orders or custom commissions are strictly non-refundable. This policy is subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchange Terms
Forever Mine Diamonds does not offer exchanges on custom orders. Ready-made jewellery may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unworn and proof of purchase is presented.
Bespoke Orders
All quotations provided by Forever Mine Diamonds are valid for seven (7) days unless otherwise stated and may change due to fluctuations in diamond, gemstone, metal, supplier, or market pricing.
A minimum 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.
The deposit becomes non-refundable once Forever Mine Diamonds commences CAD design work for the Client.
The Client is responsible for confirming accurate ring sizing prior to production. While Forever Mine Diamonds may provide sizing guidance, recommendations, or size conversions based on measurements supplied by the Client, final sizing responsibility remains with the Client.
Once the CAD design has been approved in writing by the Client, the design is considered final. No further design changes or cancellations may be made after approval.
Production timeframes provided by Forever Mine Diamonds are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays, manufacturing requirements, public holidays, freight delays, or circumstances outside our control.
If a custom order is cancelled after commencement of CAD design work, any payments made beyond the deposit will be converted to store credit valid for twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.
Ownership of all goods remains with Forever Mine Diamonds until full payment has been received and cleared. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to release or delivery of the item.
Design Ownership
All CAD designs, renderings, drawings, concepts, and intellectual property created by Forever Mine Diamonds remain the property of Forever Mine Diamonds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Approval of a design or purchase of a custom piece does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
Ring Resizing Policy
Ring resizing services are offered at the sole discretion of Forever Mine Diamonds and are subject to design suitability.
Where offered, resizing requests involving additional materials, complex labour, or changes that may impact the structural integrity, stone security, or overall design of the piece may incur additional charges.
Certain designs may be unsuitable for resizing or may require additional charges, including but not limited to rings with extensive pavé detailing, eternity bands, intricate settings, tension-style settings, or complex bespoke features.
All resizing requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Forever Mine Diamonds reserves the right to determine whether resizing can be completed without compromising the quality, craftsmanship, or overall design of the piece.
Any alterations, repairs, or resizing completed by a third party will void this policy and any related workmanship warranty.
Marketing Consent
By purchasing a design or custom order, you acknowledge that Forever Mine Diamonds may use images, videos, renderings, or other creative assets of your piece for marketing purposes across digital platforms.
Your personal name or photos will not be used without prior consent.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications from Forever Mine Diamonds via email or text. You may opt out at any time by replying “Stop” or contacting our team.

Lab-grown diamonds offered by Forever Mine Diamonds are sourced through established suppliers and are selected according to the same considerations of quality, craftsmanship and suitability that we apply across our jewellery.
